THE ELECTRONIC SINGLE BUSINESS PERMIT

The electronic Single Business Permit is a system-generated business license that is issued through the Narok Electronic Single Business
(e-SBP) System platform.

There are several payment options provided for clients through an electronic payment platform (such as M-PESA, RTGS, Local Bank Transfer, Cash Deposits and others). The County Government of Narok receives the payment in real-time and a provisional permit is generated immediately.
Upon submission of the online SBP application form and payment of the requisite fees, the County Government of Narok officers can review, inspect and approve the submitted applications through the platform.

The departments involved in the review and assessment of the applications include the Department of Trade, Industrialization and Co-operative Development and the Department of Finance, Economic Planning, ICT & E-Government.

Upon approval, the Single Business Permit is generated and availed to the businesses electronically for downloading and printing.
